We will also be able to collect from more data sources simultaneously, reducing downtime as well. Finally, onsite collection allows our experts to directly access your physical devices, which is the preferred method for preserving volatile data, i.e., data stored in cache memory that could be easily lost if the device is powered down.

While the Avalon team often collects data on location, we also perform remote collection, especially important in today’s bring-your-own-device (BYOD) business environment. Remote data collections are more cost effective, as our team does not have to travel to your site, and is a necessity if you have multiple offices, remote workers, or are on a tight timeline.
